On that day, Kronz employees took a break from their busy work and drove to the Paitan Hot Springs in Zengcheng to embark on a team building journey centered on "enhancing colleague relationships and strengthening team cohesion", accumulating warm energy for subsequent technology research and customer service.
Fun games ignite team passion
After arriving at the team building base and enjoying a delicious lunch, the team building activity began, and everyone quickly divided into 5 teams, instantly igniting the competitive atmosphere. Subsequently, three fun games took turns to appear:
Guessing song names: When classic melodies such as "Glorious Years," "Crossing Love," and "Friends" play, the venue instantly becomes a "humming competition. Someone grabbed their hair and muttered, 'That's the New White Lady! What's her name?' The other team members outside joked, 'This doesn't even know, it shouldn't be!' It wasn't until the prelude to 'Glorious Years' started playing that someone accurately named the song. The team member who answered correctly rushed over and clapped with their teammates, their palms ringing with cheers, wrapped in the lively atmosphere of the entire venue.
Back to back balloon clipping: Team members pair up, arm in arm, waist and back tightly pressed, and quickly move towards the finish line. Some team members fell balloons due to inconsistent steps, and their teammates immediately shouted "adjust the pace, take it slow". Some team members, in order to be stable, walked like little penguins, slowly moving small steps, and the grass was almost worn out. Some of them had great strength and dragged the team members away directly, making the whole audience laugh.
Chopstick ball relay race: Each team member has already been paired up, forming a long straight line, with each person holding a pair of chopsticks and staring closely at the ping pong ball ahead. At the beginning of the game, the first team member carefully picked up the ball and slowly handed it over to their teammate; Someone shook their hand and the ball "clicked" onto the ground. They immediately bent down and quickly picked it up, readjusting their posture. The teammates behind also quickly slowed down and reminded softly, "Be steady, don't rush!" In this way, the ball slowly passed between pairs of chopsticks. In the end, all the teams that completed the challenge cheered with their ping pong containers, and the sense of achievement in teamwork could not be hidden on everyone's face. There are also teams with various situations, where 5 minutes have passed and the ball is still stuck in the first three shots, ending with only 0 points. The team members burst into laughter on their own, their flustered appearance making the whole audience burst into laughter.
The event ended with laughter, and after the competitive segment, the list of winners was also announced. The top three team members held prizes with smiles on their faces and gathered together to take a lively photo, capturing this moment of honor filled with joy.
Warm gathering, sharing joy
In the evening, dinner at the hot spring homestay begins. Hakka Stuffed tofu, Paitan braised chicken and other special dishes smell delicious. Employees sit around to talk about fun games during the day, share work problems and experience, and feel that they should continue to work together. The general manager raised his glass to wish for team camaraderie and the automation industry of the company. All staff clinked glasses and laughed incessantly.
After dinner, everyone automatically grouped for activities: someone went to KTV, and the lawn was filled with singing; Someone is wearing a bathrobe and soaking in a hot spring, causing water vapor to rise outside the window; Some people were sitting around playing mahjong, with shuffling sounds mixed with laughter under the warm light. In a relaxed atmosphere, the sense of alienation between colleagues gradually fades, and the distance quietly narrows.
Leisurely morning, embracing nature
The next morning, accompanied by bird songs and morning light. Pushing open the balcony door, fresh air with the moist scent of vegetation and lake water rushed towards me. The distant green mountains were shrouded in mist, and the nearby lake surface shimmered with sparkling waves. Many employees got up early and took a walk along the trail by the lake. Some chatted softly with their peers, while others stopped to record the beautiful scenery in front of them with their phones, enjoying this rare leisure and tranquility, with a relaxed and joyful expression on their faces.
The two-day trip of the Kronz people to Paitan has come to an end! Hot springs relieve fatigue, games gather strength, "Together we will be amazing" is not just a slogan, but confidence - continue to work side by side in the future, and write new chapters together!
