In the power battery industry, the manufacturing process has always had high requirements for intelligence, and Kronz products can excellently solve many difficult problems in this process.
1. Problems encountered by customers
This project adopts a single machine equipment for liquid injection. Previously, the customer pasted a QR code on the fixture (tray for battery installation). However, the stability of QR codes in production environments is poor and is influenced by many factors. For example, stains or other objects generated during the production process can easily block QR codes, and natural wear and corrosion are also common, which can lead to data being unrecognizable and have a serious negative impact on production efficiency.
2.RFID technology solves customers' pain points
When solving problems for customers, technicians initially recommended RFID systems to them. The customer initially specified the use of a well-known European brand, but due to the inability of the brand's delivery time to meet their needs, the technical staff recommended the customer to replace it with KRONZ products.
After adopting Kronz's RFID system, the problem of product interference in harsh production environments has been successfully solved, and the problem of delivery time has also been resolved. On site, Omron PCL, EtherCAT bus protocol, RS485 serial communication are used, and the read/write header carrier needs to have anti electrolyte corrosion performance. Kronz products fully meet the above conditions.
3. Advantages of RFID technology compared to barcodes
(1). The data is invisible, and read and write operations can penetrate non-metallic materials such as wood and plastic. This feature allows data reading to be unrestricted by material obstruction, improving the convenience and accuracy of reading.
(2). Able to adapt to harsh environments (such as dust, paint, etc.) and work stably in complex production scenarios, ensuring normal data reading and writing.
(3). Fast data reading speed, supporting dynamic read and write speeds of 10m/s, can quickly obtain data in high-speed production processes, helping to improve production efficiency.
(4). Reusable, with a long lifespan, supporting 10 billion write operations and unlimited read operations, greatly reducing usage costs.
(5). The data storage capacity is large, with a maximum capacity of 8192 bytes, which can meet the data storage needs of different production scenarios.

5.Customer feedback
After a period of operation, Kronz's products have been highly recognized by customers. It not only solves the problem of delivery time, but also has a price advantage, achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, allowing customers to invest more time and cost into the production process.
What is an RFlD used for? Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is an abbreviation for Radio Frequency Identification. The principle is non-contact data communication between the reader and the tag to achieve the goal of identifying the target. The application fields of RFID technology are very extensive, covering many industries such as warehousing and logistics, library management, asset management, commodity inventory, electronic fences, animal management, automobiles, new energy, tobacco, etc. Kronz will also continue to strive to provide customers with higher quality products and services.
