The workshop is furnished with precision production equipment, including horizontal injection molding machines, vertical injection molding machines, automatic wire cutting machines, terminal crimping machines, wire stripping machines, wire winding machines, wire twisting machines, wire brushing & twisting machines, soldering machines and automatic bag sealing machines. Supported by mature injection molding processes, we achieve high-precision fabrication of key components such as inner and outer connector housings, insulating plastic shells, plastic inserts and lock nuts. Standardized and refined process operations enable mass production of diverse product lines alongside customized solutions, effectively shortening lead times.

To ensure reliable performance under diverse harsh industrial working conditions, the workshop is outfitted with a complete set of professional testing equipment to build a full-dimensional quality inspection system. The equipment lineup includes contact resistance testers, insulation withstanding voltage testers, high-low temperature test chambers, thermal shock testers, electromagnetic vibration testers, wire bending testers, insertion & extraction force testers, 2D optical image measuring instruments, salt spray test chambers and water immersion test chambers. These facilities deliver accurate testing covering dimensional precision, electrical performance, protection rating, temperature resistance, structural stability, wear resistance and other strict indicators, enabling comprehensive quality supervision.
