These include field wireable connections, pre-assembled connections, flange connections, and distribution boxes.
Kronz also provides industry-specific products to meet the unique requirements of different applications. According to customers' specific requirements, Kronz can provide a variety of custom products and comprehensive connection solutions.
Kronz’s circular connectors are widely used in the automotive, packaging, and semiconductor industries for various automation equipment and production lines.
M8 Circular Connectors
The M8 circular connector is one of the most commonly used connectors in the current field of factory automation. Designed to the IEC 61076-2-104 standard, it is primarily developed for sensors with an 8MM connection diameter in factory automation. It is widely used in factory automation sensors, packaging and conveying systems, outdoor LED modules, safety light curtains, and new energy signal control. The M8 connector features a compact design, making it suitable for space-constrained equipment installations, and offers stable and reliable connections with anti-vibration and anti-rotation designs post-installation.
M12 Circular Connectors (A-CODE)
The M12 circular connector is one of the most commonly used connectors in the field of factory automation. Designed to the IEC 61076-2-101 standard, it is primarily developed for factory automation sensors and actuators. The M12 connector is designed to withstand harsh environments, meeting various climate and application requirements such as resistance to high and low temperatures, hydrolysis, oil, corrosion, UV, bending, wear, and bending drag chains. The M12 A-code features a specific A-type keyway design to differentiate it from other keying types such as B, C, D, X, S, T, K, L, and Y.
7/8" Circular Connectors (A-CODE)
The 7/8" inch threaded connector is one of the most important connectors in factory automation and field bus applications. The 7/8" connector meets the structural requirements of integrating signal and power transmission and is widely used in sensors and actuators, motor drives, packaging and conveying systems, outdoor LED modules, rail transit, marine radar and navigation, and open network systems such as DeviceNet and NMEA 2000. The 7/8" inch connector is designed to withstand harsh environments, meeting various climate and application requirements such as resistance to high and low temperatures, water alkalinity, oil, corrosion, UV, bending, wear, and plugging.
Distributor
M12 Y-type connector branches, available in fixed (Y-type head) or (Y-type cable), are designed to split a signal or current from one connector into two separate connectors, providing a simple and economical solution for extending more devices or sensors in the field. The internal circuit of the connector is designed in parallel, allowing simultaneous operation or triggering of two devices. The connector is robust and reliable, with a protection rating of IP67 and an operating temperature range of -25~+85℃.
Industrial Ethernet Connectors
Industrial Ethernet connectors are crucial components in industrial automation, supporting high-speed data transmission and meeting the needs of industrial automation systems for real-time and large data transmission. They have excellent anti-interference capabilities, enabling stable operation in complex electromagnetic environments without being affected by external interference.
